Why doesn't the program search keywords on the first six processed pages?

These pages are from search-engines. No search process is required there because these pages are intended for primary resource lookup only.

Why do I obtain a blank report after the request in 8 keywords?

This can be caused by the use of an unregistered version of Personal Web Digest. In this case the program uses only the first 30 links and possibly there are no pages that fulfill your search conditions. In any case, try to simplify your query (i.e.: reduce the number of keywords).
Note that the purchased program doesn't have restrictions on the 30 first links. Order the program if you want to use it for serious work.

I tried to find references to on-line prizes and casino. The keyword sentence contained "$1000000". Why did I find nothing?

We are sorry, but in this version '$' character is not allowed as a keyword. Use letters and numbers only. This will be fixed in the next version.

Why do the paragraph number stay the same while I look through a report using the scroll bar?

Move the mouse above the report area and the current paragraph number will be displayed.

After the re-installation of Windows, my registered (purchased) Personal Web Digest works as non-registered (non-purchased) one. What's the problem?!

For registered versions:

1. Fill in the registration form (Help -> Register) and click Register button in the form.
2. Open Help -> Register and enter your registration code (that was mailed to you). Or, register again, if you've lost your code.
3. Enjoy working with PWD!

For purchased version:

1. Connect to the Internet
2. Enter your purchasing code into Help -> Buy copy window and click OK.
3. Enjoy full version!

What should I do if I lost my Registration (Purchasing) Code?

If you are an owner of a registered (not purchased) program it's better to complete the registration again. But if you have purchased it you should contact Personal Web Digest support team. Send your data and after being authorized you'll get your Registration Code via e-mail.

Is Personal Web Digest capable of working through the proxy server and how do I adjust its settings?

Yes, Personal Web Digest is capable of working through the proxy-server. To set the proxy parameters (the host, the port) open View->Options window.
You can also open the Options window from the registration form by pressing Net Settings button.
